We built a homey, outdoor-inspired tasting room, education, and gastronomic experience right in the heart of North Park – San Diego, California.  A center for experimentation, comradery, and weirdness for our little family.  A landing pad for active, creative, outdoorsy, cider and food enthusiasts.  Our goal is to inspire curiosity and foster passion for what craft cider brings to the table.  A rich, refreshing, and complex beverage that fits in at a high-end dinner as well as it does at the top of a mountain after a hike.  Come enjoy what we’re doing and join the bivouacary.
