TAKEOVER TUESDAYS 🔥 On April 25th, Chef Ron Oliver, a San Diego legend and former Chef de Cuisine of The Marine Room and Executive Chef of Luna Grill, is taking over the Bivouac kitchen to highlight his newest venture, Manos de Mujer, artisanal masa for the modern kitchen. 

Chef Ron will be bringing his own taco game to this Takeover Tuesday, using his signature masa with his sophisticated chef’s touch. Expect to sample some research and development items from Chef Ron that may end up in Bivouac Adventure Lodge’s chef-driven pantry!

The menu will be featuring Purepecha Blue Corn grown by Rosalio Lucas in the town of Uricho, Michoacan, Mexico. This corn is procured by Red Tsiri, an organization that helps growers of heirloom, native, non-gmo corn, like Rosalio, continue to thrive into the future. A portion of all food sales will be donated to Red Tsiri!
